Personal Property: Your belongings against damage or theft from covered events, example furniture, clothing and other personal items. Personal Liability: You from legal and medical costs if someone is injured in your rental, regardless of fault. Loss of Use: Your additional living expenses if you cannot live in your home due to a covered event. Damage to property: Covers unintentional damage to the landlord’s property like accidental fire. It also does not cover normal wear and tear.
